Employment Requirements
- 18-21 years of age, must be 21 years of age to cross state lines
- We prefer three years over-the-road verifiable experience (3 years out of the past 5 years driving commercial vehicle), but less experienced drivers are welcome to apply, and we have opportunities for recent driving school graduates.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A)
- No moving violations in last 12 months
- No driving under the influence (DUI/DWI) citations
- Must pass Federal Department of Transportation Road Test
- Must pass Federal Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol tests
- Must pass Federal Department of Transportation Physical Requirements
- Must pass Federal Department of Transportation Physical Requirements

Pay: $60,000-$72,000 per year on average
How am I paid?
- All drivers are paid weekly on completed trips, payroll is calculated on Monday for the previous week and paid Friday.
What am I paid for?
- Sign-on Bonus = $3,000 (30 days=$1,000 /
90 days=$1,000 / 120 days=$1,000) - Drivers are paid all miles; each driver has a loaded and empty mileage rate
- Stops excluding the origin and destination
- Downtime approved by dispatcher
- If you qualified for a Safety bonus you will be paid it according to the guidelines of the bonus
- Driver Referral bonus: When the driver you refer is hired and completes their first load, you get PAID. When the driver completes their probationary period, you get PAID. As they continue to grow in their driver role, you continue to get PAID. It’s a WIN – WIN!
