Safety Bonus
- Earned up to twice yearly.

- Bonus is based upon driver’s safety and performance history within each period.
Driver Referral Bonus
When the driver you refer is hired and completes their first load, you get PAID. When the driver completes their probationary period, you get PAID. As they continue to grow in their driver role, you continue to get PAID. It’s a WIN – WIN!
PTP over the road team members typically spend 1-2 weeks at a time on the road. Our OTR drivers haul all types of freight from construction materials to non-perishable food items. The OTR career path features both onboarding and safety and performance bonus packages.
